In order to connect between Databricks to PowerBI, open PowerBI provide your Azure Databricks as your Datasource. Click on Transform Data option inside PowerBI --> Click Transform Data option --> It will open a new Window --> under Applied Steps you can find "Source" --> then you need to select either your Unity catalog table to Hive Metastore table.

meanwhile I believe it can be implemented for Microsoft Fabric, I havent tried yet but happy to contribute/work with you for testing.
